Shelly Lambertz serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Continental Resources. 

Lambertz began her career working for the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington, D.C. She worked for three different congressmen, including stints in the leadership office of Minority Leader Bob Michel (R-IL) and as deputy chief of staff for Rep. Frank Lucas, R-Okla. She was director of human resources and business development advisor for Hamm & Phillips Service Co. from 1996 to 1998, setting up its human resources department, developing a safety incentive program and establishing a monitoring program that reduced workers’ compensation costs by 70 percent. Lambertz also was executive director of the Enid, Okla. YWCA from 1999 to 2005. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Oklahoma State University in 1988.

Lambertz is vice chair of the Harold Hamm Diabetes Center Board of Advisors and a member of the Board of Trustees for the Oklahoma Foundation for Excellence.
